DHP Attorney Presents on Immigration Litigation

On Tuesday, February 2, 2021, Megan Guzman, attorney at David Hirson & Partners, LLP (DHP), spoke on litigation in U.S. immigration at the Orange County Bar Association‘s (OCBA) Immigration Law Section Webinar. Emily Singer Hurvitz, attorney at David Hirson & Partners, LLP, is the OCBA’s Immigration Section Chair-Elect.

Megan worked at several immigration law firms and nonprofits in DTLA before joining DHP in 2018. She has successfully litigated cases in several district courts in both family and business immigration matters, including interim relief though temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions. Megan is very involved with helping the immigration world with litigation issues and serves as one of the Southern California Litigation Liaisons for the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
