Shayda Naeim Moradzadeh


Shayda handles a variety of U.S. immigration matters, including both EB-5 and immigrant and nonimmigrant visas for families and businesses ranging in size from small, mid-size, and large multi-national clients. Prior to joining David Hirson & Partners, Shayda graduated Magna Cum Laude from Whittier Law School and was a Research Editor for the Family Law Journal of Child and Family Advocacy. Shayda also gained considerable experience clerking for the U.S. Department of Justice, Executive Office of Immigration Review where she worked in the Judge’s Chambers. In addition, Shayda worked at the Immigration Center for Women and Children where she assisted victims of domestic violence receive a VAWA or U-visa.

  • Drafts responses for Request for Evidence or Notice of Intent to Deny for issues ranging from Source of Funds to Regional Centers.
