Biography

Wen Long is Associate Attorney at David Hirson & Partners, LLP, who represents both corporate and individual clients in immigration law.

Wen focuses her practice in employment immigration (EB-1, PERM based on EB-2 and EB-3) and nonimmigrant work visas (L-1A, H-1B, E-2). She has experience representing corporate and individual clients from different countries and advising clients on all stages of immigration process based on their background and needs. She also has experience on other types of nonimmigrant visas, including student visas and victim visas. Wen is admitted to practice law in California and New York.

As an immigrant herself, Wen has gone through the immigration process personally and deeply understands how complicated the process is and how clients feel during this process. Her passion and goal is to find out the proper immigration strategy and solution for each client and help them to achieve their immigration goal and establish their life and career in the United States.

Prior to joining David Hirson & Partners, LLP, Wen worked at a mid-size law firm in City of Industry, CA for more than six years, where she represented clients in removal defense, employment-based and family-based immigration petitions, nonimmigrant work visas and victim visas.

Wen was born and raised in Kunming, China. She earned her LL.M. from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law in 2015. Prior to law school, she graduated from Southwest University of Political Science & Law with a degree in Law in 2014.
