Biography
Andy joined David Hirson & Partners in August 2021 and now works as an attorney representing clients in employment-based non-immigrant and immigrant visas. His experience includes L-1s, O-1s, EB-1As, EB-1Cs, National Interest Waivers (NIW), N-400s, I-539s, motions to reopen or reconsider, expedite requests, and responding to Requests for Evidence (RFE). Andy is a graduate of Chapman University Fowler School of Law, where he graduated cum laude and received four CALI Awards for Excellence.
