On November 19, 2021, USCIS announced that it had just completed a third round of H-1B visa lottery selection for Fiscal Year 2022 H-1B Cap Registrants. This is the first time since the new online H-1B registration system started that a third round of selection has occurred. The registrants who were selected in this latest round have from November 22, 2021 to February 23, 2022 to file their complete H-1B petitions with USCIS. All registrants should check their myUSCIS account to find their selection notice which has all of the important details about how to file.
Please note that this third round of the FY 2022 H-1B lottery only selects from those who properly registered during the mandatory registration period, which closed in March 2021.
