Eric Dominguez


Eric leads the firm’s non-EB-5 practice area where his team focuses on immigrant and nonimmigrant visas for families, small, mid-size, and large multi-national clients in industries including entertainment, fashion, real estate, technology, and pharmaceuticals. Prior to joining David Hirson & Partners, Eric gained considerable experience with employment and family-based immigration matters with a large business immigration firm.

Representative Experience:

  • Assisted numerous research scientists with obtaining visas classifications as outstanding researchers based on demonstrated international expertise and prominence in their fields\
  • Secured an extraordinary ability green card for a Character Technical Director who develops and creates characters for animated feature films
  • Obtained National Interest Waiver for music educators promoting music programs in underserved areas
  • Assisted a group of entertainers with obtaining a nonimmigrant visa as an internationally recognized entertainment group for the purposes of performing in the United States

Pro bono:

Eric regularly volunteers for various immigration law events with a variety of area non-profit organizations. He also sits on the boards of ChispaOC and the Orange County Justice Fund. In addition to his pro-bono work in Orange County, Eric also represented detained families at the Artesia Detention Facility in Artesia, New Mexico as part of the AILA Artesia Pro Bono Project.
