Eric Dominguez


Eric leads the firm’s non-EB-5 practice area where his team focuses on immigrant and nonimmigrant visas for families, small, mid-size, and large multi-national clients in industries including entertainment, fashion, real estate, technology, and pharmaceuticals. Prior to joining David Hirson & Partners, Eric gained considerable experience with employment and family-based immigration matters with a large business immigration firm.

Representative Experience:

  • Assisted numerous research scientists with obtaining visas classifications as outstanding researchers based on demonstrated international expertise and prominence in their fields\
  • Secured an extraordinary ability green card for a Character Technical Director who develops and creates characters for animated feature films
  • Obtained National Interest Waiver for music educators promoting music programs in underserved areas
  • Assisted a group of entertainers with obtaining a nonimmigrant visa as an internationally recognized entertainment group for the purposes of performing in the United States

Pro bono:

Eric regularly volunteers for various immigration law events with the Public Law Center, KIND, and Saddleback Church’s legal services project. He also represented detained families at the Artesia Detention Facility in Artesia, New Mexico as part of the AILA Artesia Pro Bono Project.
